1.What does the registration fee cover

          • The registration fees cover the conference materials and prints, the lunch and tea break that will be served on the same day. Unfortunately, these fees are not covering either accommodation or  transportation fees.

 

2. If I am unable to attend the conference, Can I refund my paid fees? What is the cancellation policy?

- Once the payment is done, no fees can be refunded. For cancellation policy , please check the conference website.

3. How can I register for the conference?

- You can directly register by filling the on-line registration form which is provided on the conference website.

4. Can I register for the conference by telephone?

 

- The registration should be done online or by filling a hard copy of the registration form.

 

 

 

5. Shall I receive a confirmation?

 

 

 

- Once you have registered manually or online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Thus, you need to provide us with a reliable email address in the registration form

 

 

 

6. Can I change my abstract after it has been submitted?

 

 

 

- All abstracts will be submitted to the scientific committee for reviewing and     assessing whether appropriate to the conference theme. If necessary, you may modify your initial abstract before you finally submit the full length paper. However, the scientific committee must be notified about any subsequent modifications.

 

 

 

 7. When will the conference program be available?

 

- Shortly after all the full length papers have been sent by the participants. You will be sent a soft copy of the conference program by email. Additionally, the program will be disclosed on the conference website.

 

 

 

8. Will the conference materials be posted on the website?

 

- The abstracts only will be assembled and uploaded to the conference website. The full length papers will be provided on CDs to the participants.

 

 

 

9. Can I submit more than one abstract?

 

- Sure, you can. You may also do that online or via the conference e-mail. Please, check the conference website for more details.

 

 

 

10. If my abstract has been accepted, what is the eligible format to write the full length paper?

 

- Presentation and editing guidelines, for researches in Arabic or English, are provided on the conference website and conference invitation.
